Rukn Al-Iktifa Trading Establishment ("we", "us", or "the establishment") is committed to providing original and high-quality products in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects during the specified warranty period.
This policy aims to clarify the warranty terms and conditions, customer rights, and the process for benefiting from after-sales services.
The warranty applies to all products sold through the Rukn Al-Iktifa Trading website that are accompanied by proof of coverage under the manufacturer's warranty or an authorized distributor within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The warranty period is two (2) years (24 months), starting from the date of the invoice or purchase receipt.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages resulting from misuse or negligence.

The customer will be directed to the authorized service center or official product representative depending on the product type.
If an authorized service provider is unavailable, the establishment will coordinate with the supplier to provide the required service in accordance with applicable regulations.
Repair or replacement services will be completed within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the date the product is received from the customer, unless the repair requires additional time due to parts availability or technical procedures.
The customer will be informed about the product status and expected collection date.
If the technical defect cannot be repaired or if the same defect occurs more than once during the warranty period, the customer has the right to request a replacement product or a refund of the product value in accordance with Ministry of Commerce regulations.
The replacement will be provided with a product from the same category or with equivalent specifications after customer approval.
If a refund is issued, the amount will be returned through the same payment method used for the purchase.
The establishment's responsibility is limited to repairing the product, replacing it, or refunding its value according to the conditions stated above.
The establishment shall not be responsible for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of the product or its failure to operate.
The warranty does not include additional services such as installation or maintenance outside the scope defined in this policy.
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the relevant Ministry of Commerce regulations regarding consumer rights.
In the event of any dispute, jurisdiction shall be with the competent authorities in the city of Jeddah.
