All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

Payment is made through the approved electronic payment methods available on the website. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
If the payment process fails, the order will not be processed.

Shipping is available to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer once the product has been received and full payment has been completed.
After delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for any risks related to the use, loss, or damage of the product.
Customers are entitled to a two (2) year warranty on products covered under warranty, in accordance with the Warranty Policy.
Products may be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the order if they meet the eligibility requirements, in accordance with the Return and Exchange Policy.
Rukn Al-Iktifa Trading Establishment shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, compensation shall be limited to repairing or replacing the product according to the warranty terms.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the event of any dispute, the competent courts in the city of Jeddah shall have jurisdiction to review and resolve the matter.
