Return and Exchange Policy

Rukn Al-Iktifa Trading Establishment ("we", "us", or "the establishment") is committed to applying the highest standards of quality and customer service in its online sales operations. We provide our customers with the right to return or exchange products in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Regulations.

This policy aims to clarify the terms, conditions, and procedures for returns and exchanges in a transparent manner while protecting the rights of both parties.

1. Scope of Application

This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the official website of Rukn Al-Iktifa Trading Establishment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether the order was received through delivery or direct pickup.

2. Return and Exchange Period

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is eligible according to the conditions stated in this policy.

3. Return and Exchange Conditions

A return or exchange request will be accepted in the following cases:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and original packaging.
• The product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error in shipping (such as receiving an incorrect product or a product that does not match the description).
• The request is submitted within the specified period mentioned above.
• The customer provides the original purchase invoice or proof of electronic payment. A return or exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:
• If the product has been opened or used, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
• Downloadable products, software, or electronic materials after they have been opened or activated.
• Products sold as part of final clearance sales clearly stated as non-returnable.

After receiving the request, our customer service team will review the case within three (3) business days and notify the customer of the next steps for return shipping or replacement.

5. Shipping and Return Costs

If the reason for the return or exchange is due to an error by the establishment (such as sending the wrong product or a defective product), the establishment will cover all shipping and return costs.

In other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

The product must be returned through the approved shipping company specified by the establishment to avoid loss or damage during transportation.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product and confirming that it meets the required conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds do not include the original shipping fees (if applicable), unless the error was caused by the establishment.

For purchases made using credit cards, the refund process is subject to the policies of the card-issuing bank.

7. Exchange

Customers may exchange the product for another product from the same category or for a higher-priced product by paying the price difference.

The exchange process will be completed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date the returned product is received.

A product cannot be exchanged more than once under the same invoice.

8. Legal Responsibility

The establishment reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

All procedures are subject to the Saudi E-Commerce Law and the approved Consumer Protection Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be with the competent authorities in the city of Jeddah.
